介入治疗分水岭脑梗死的临床效果分析

【摘要】目的。探讨介入治疗分水岭脑梗死的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年1-12月在本院就诊的19例分水岭脑梗死患者为观察对象，所有患者均接受介入治疗，回顾分析所有患者的临床治疗效果。结果所有患者经过介入治疗其动脉直径恢复程度均超过80％，随访结果显示，94．7％（18／19）的患者未再次发生脑梗死，术后患者支架处再狭窄的发生率为5．3％（1／19）。结论介入治疗分水岭脑梗死具有较为满意的临床疗效，因而是分水岭脑梗死患者首选的临床治疗方法，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical effect analysis of interventional treatment for watershed cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the clinical effect of interventional treatment for watershed cerebral infarction. Methods Nineteen cases of cerebral watershed infarction patients from January to December 2011 in our hospital were selected as subjects. All patients underwent intervention therapy, clinical therapeutic effect of all patients were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results After interventional treatment, arterial diameter recovery degree of all patients were more than 80%, follow-up result showed 93.3% patients had not recurrence of cerebral infarction, and the incidence of restenosis wa~ 6.7% in bracket place. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of interventional treatment for cerebral watershed infarction is satisfactory, which is the preferred methods of clinical treatment, it has high value in clinical application.
