微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效观察

目的探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法将高血压脑出血患者98例随机分为两组,观察组49例行微创颅内血肿清除术,对照组49例行小骨窗颅内血肿清除术,比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.88%,对照组总有效率为为89.80%（P〈0.05）,观察组并发症发生率为8.16%,对照组为34.69%（P〈0.05）。结论微创颅内血肿清除术疗效确切,操作方便,手术时间短,并发症少,死亡率低。

The effect observation of minimally invasive surgery treatment for the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the minimally invasive surgery treatment for the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-eight patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases in observation group were treated by minimally invasive surgery, and 49 cases in control group were treated by small window craniotomy surgery, and then the effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.88%, total effective rate of control group was 89.80%（P 0.05）, the complication rate of observation group was 8.16%, and that of control group was 34.69%（P 0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive surgery has good curative effect, it is easy and simple to handle, and ti has short operation time, less complication, low death rate.
