缬沙坦对原发性高血压并发左室肥厚患者心功能的影响

目的探讨分析缬沙坦对治疗原发性高血压并发左室肥厚患者心功能的影响。方法选取本院于2006年3月～2011年1月收治的36例原发性高血压并发左室肥厚的患者,随机分成实验组与对照组各18例,对照组服用非洛地平,实验组服用缬沙坦,治疗1年后观察其临床疗效。结果治疗1年后,对照组与实验组患者的血压情况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而两组患者间的室间隔厚度、左心室壁厚度、左心室壁厚度及左室心肌重量指数的差值比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压并发左室肥厚患者有良好的效果,值得推广。

Influence of valsartan on left ventricular function in the patients of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy

Objective To study the influence of valsartan on left ventricular function in the treatment of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods Thirty-six patients with primary hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy came to our hospital from March 2006 to January 2011 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. There were 18 cases in each group. The control group was treated with felodipine while the experimental group was treated with valsartan. The clinical curative effect after one year＇s treatment was observed. Results After one year＇s treatment, the difference of blood pressure between the control group and the experimental group was not statistically significant （P 0.05） while the difference of SBP, DBP, IVST, PWT, LVDd, LVMI between the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan has a significant effect in the treatment of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy and it is worth promoting.
