无张力疝修补术和传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效比较

目的探讨无张力疝修补术和传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法选取2009年3月-2012年4月来本院就诊治疗的52例股沟疝患者,单盲随机分为传统组和治疗组,传统组26例患者采取传统疝修补术,治疗组26例患者则采取无张力疝修补术,比较两组患者术后平均住院时间、恢复时间、术后并发症发生率等。结果治疗组患者术中出血量、平均住院时间、恢复时间、术后复发率及并发症发生情况均优于传统组（P〈0.05）。结论无张力疝修补术是一种较为理想的腹股沟疝治疗方法,它减少了患者的术中出血量,加快了患者的恢复,同时又较为安全,是一种值得临床广泛应用的手术方式。

Efficacy comparison of tension-free hernioplasty and traditional herniorrhaphy in treatment of inguinal hernia

Objective To investigate the difference of clinical effect between tension-free hernioplasty and traditional herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods Fifty two cases of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital from March 2009 to April 2012 were divided into traditional group and treatment group randomly by single-blind principle. 26 patients in traditional group were given traditional herniorrhaphy, 26 patients in treatment group were given tension-free hernioplasty. Then the differences of clinical effect between two groups were compared, such as average length of stay, postoperative recovery time and postoperative complications, etc. Results Intraoperative blood loss, average length of stay, recovery time, postoperative recurrence rate and complications of treatment group were obviously superior to the traditional group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty is an ideal method in the treatment of inguinal hernia. It can reduce the intraoperative blood loss, and accelerate the recovery of patients. It is a safe surgical method which is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
