手术室护理管理中的危险因素及对策分析

目的总结手术室护理管理中的危险因素,并提供相应的对策。方法对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组在常规护理管理的基础上实施风险管理,对比两组患者意外事故发生情况。结果对照组意外事故总发生率为9.71%,观察组意外事故总发生率为1.14%,观察组护理管理效果明显优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论加强手术室护理风险的防范及管理,认真分析护理管理中的危险因素,构建合理的风险管理体系,能有效避免风险的发生,降低护理纠纷的发生率,确保手术室患者生命安全。

Risk factors and countermeasures analysis of operating room nursing management

Objective To summarize risk factors of nursing management in operating room, and provide appropriate countermeasures. Methods Control group were given routine nursing management, observation group were given risk management on the basis of routine nursing management, accident situation of two groups were compared. Results The accident incidence rate of control group was 9.71%, and that of observation group was 1.14%, the nursing management efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, the difference was highly statistically significant （P 0.01）. Conclusion Strengthen risk prevention and management of operating room nursing, analyze carefully on risk factors and make a reasonable risk management system can effectively avoid occurrence of risk, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, to ensure the life safety of the operating room patients.
