59例左氧氟沙星不良反应分析及临床合理用药

目的探讨左氧氟沙星的不良反应及临床合理用药。方法回顾性分析本院2009年5月～2012年1月上报的59例左氧氟沙星不良反应的资料,并对其进行整理、总结。结果左氧氟沙星所引起的不良反应中,过敏性休克10例,占16.95%;消化系统7例,占11.86%;神经系统8例,占13.56%;泌尿系统6例,占10.17%,皮肤及其附件18例,占30.51%;呼吸系统4例,占6.78%;其他6例,占10.17%。在所有发生不良反应的患者中,0～20岁3例,占5.08%,其中男性1例,女性2例;21～60岁48例,占81.36%,其中男性16例,女性32例;60岁以上8例,其中男性3例,女性5例。在所有患者中,使用口服8例,占13.56%;静脉输注49例,占83.05%;滴眼液2例,占3.39%。结论左氧氟沙星所引起的不良反应可涉及全身各个器官与组织,并且以用药剂量较大且给药途径为静脉的中年女性多见,在使用时需密切关注患者的全身情况,做到合理用药,安全用药。

Analysis of 59 adverse reactions of levofloxacin and clinical rational drug use

Objective To study the adverse reactions of levofloxacin and clinical rational drug use. Methods A retrospective review was applied to study the data of 59 cases of adverse drug reactions of levofloxacin from May 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital, and the clinic data was systemized and summarized. Results Among all the symptoms caused by the adverse reactions of levofloxacin, anaphylactic shocks were in 10 cases, accounted for 16.95%; digestive reactions were in 7 cases, accounted for 11.86%; nervous reactions were in 8 cases, accounted for 13.65%; urinary reactions were in 6 cases, accounted for 10.17%, and the reactions of skin and accessories were in 18 cases, accounted for 30.51%; respiratory reactions were in 4 cases, accounted for 6.78%; others reactions were in 6 cases, accounted for 10.17%. Among all the patients with adverse reactions, 3 cases （5.08%） were 0-20 years old, of which 1 male, 2 females; 48 cases （81.36%） were 21-60 years old, of which 16 males, 32 females; 8 cases （13.56%） were older than 60 years old, of which 3 males, 5 females. Among all the patients, 8 cases （13.56%） used the oral medication; 49 cases （83.05%） used intravenous infusion; 2 cases （3.39%） used eyedrops. Conclusion The adverse reactions of levofloxacin can cover different organs and the systems of the body and the middle-aged women with high dose given from the vein have a risk of getting the adverse reaction. So when we use the levofloxacin, we should pay attention to the general condition of the patients so that we can use the drug safely and reasonably.
