缩宫素静脉微泵联合米索前列醇用于宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床体会

目的观察缩宫素静脉微泵联合米索前列醇直肠给药在产科宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用,寻找防治产妇产后出血简单有效的方法。方法选择本院2006年1月～2012年7月发生产后出血且确诊为宫缩乏力性出血的产妇40例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组单纯静滴缩宫素,实验组缩宫素静脉微泵联合米索前列醇片直肠给药,比较两组用药后30min内出血量。结果两组产妇用药后出血量差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇如尽早使用缩宫素静脉微泵联合米索前列醇直肠给药,可治疗产后出血,在明确诊断后早期使用,具有快速、安全的特点,且简单有效,经济实惠。

Clinical experience of oxytocin venous micro-pump with the combination of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony

Objective To observe the application of oxytocin venous micro-pump with the combination of misoprostol via rectal administration in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony and seek a simple and effective approach to prevent and treat it. Methods Forty puerperae diagnosed as uterine atony hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2006 to July 2012 were divided into control group and experiment group in random. In the control group, patients were only treated with oxytocin in intravenous drip; while in the experiment group, participants were provided with oxytocin venous micro-pump combining with misoprostol by rectal administration. The amount of bleeding after 30-minute medication from both groups was compared. Results There was significant difference in amount of bleeding after treatment between the two groups （P 0.05）. Conclusion For those puerperae suffering from postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony, oxytocin venous micro-pump jointing with misoprostol by rectal administration should be applied as soon as possible in order to stanch bleeding, which is fast and safe as well as simple, effective, and affordable.
