50例颌面外伤患者的护理

目的总结颌面外伤及合并颅脑外伤的护理经验。方法对患者进行入院急救,术前、术后护理,颅脑外伤的观察和护理等。结果 50例患者平稳渡过了危险期,骨折切开复位钛板内固定患者中,除5例口底感染外,其余患者术后伤口愈合良好,面部外观无异常,4例上颌骨骨折患者术后咬合关系恢复不良,正畸治疗后恢复,无钛板排斥反应。结论耐心细致的观察与护理,确保了颌面外伤患者急救的成功,减少了术后并发症的发生。

The nursing on 50 cases of patients with maxillofacial trauma

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with maxillofacial trauma combined with craniocerebral trauma. Methods The patients were given the emergency care, preoperative and postoperative nursing, craniocerebral trauma observation and nursing, etc. Results Fifty cases of patients passed the crisis smoothly. 5 cases of fracture patients occurred mouth floor infection, who operated by open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate, and the wound healing was satisfactory in the rest of patients, and their facial appearance had no abnormality. 4 cases of maxillary fracture patients developed disfunction of occlusal relation, and it recoveried after orthodontic treatment, and had no titanium plate rejection. Conclusion Careful observation and nursing ensure the success of emergency care on maxillofacial trauma patients, and it greatly reduced the occurrence of postoperative complications.
