2009年深圳市龙岗区公职人员血糖水平分析

摘    要:【摘要】目的描述深圳市龙岗区20~60岁公职人员空腹血糖水平及糖尿病患病情况。方法以深圳市龙岗区2009年20~60岁9268例公职人员的体检资料为基础,分析深圳市龙岗区公职人群空腹血糖(FPG)水平在不词性别、年龄、职业的分布特点及糖尿病患病情况。结果(1)龙岗区20~60岁人群平均FPG水平为(5.18~0.42)mmol/L,男性(5.26~0.11)mmol/L,高于女性的(4.85~0.48)mmol/L,空腹血糖随着年龄增加而增加,所有组别每10年空腹血糖增加超过0.12mmol/L。2009年龙岗区20—60岁公职人员糖尿病患病率为4.87%.公安人群糖尿病患病率为5.78%。(2)以美国糖尿病协会(ADA)空腹血糖受损5.6~6.9mmo]/L的标准,男女空腹血糖受损阳性率随着年龄增加而增加,50~54岁组两性空腹血糖受损阳性率下降,55~60岁组女性空腹血糖受损阳性率继续上升。结论深圳市龙岗区公职人员20~60岁人群空腹血糖水平上升起始年龄小,幅度大,上升速度快,应引起重视。

Analysis on the level of plasma glucose among the public officers in Longgang District

Abstract:Abstract] Objective To describe the distribution characteristics of fasting blood glucose levels and diabetes disease among the population aged 20-60 years in public officer of Longgang District in Shenzhen City. Methods Based on analysis of medical material in 9 268 officials of Longgang District in Shenzhen City, the distribution characteristics of fasting glucose (FPG) levels were analyzed in the different of sexes,, ages, occupations and prevalences of diabetes. Re- suits (1) The average FPG level among the population aged 20-60 years population of Longgang District was (5.18± 0.42) mmol/L, which was (5.260±0.11) mmol/L in men, and (4.85±0.48) mmol/L in women, the FPG level in men was higher than that in women. The fasting blood glucose was increased continuously with age, all the groups increased more than 0.12 mmol/L in fasting blood glucose in every 10 years. The prevalence rate of diabetes among the popula- tion aged 20-60 years in public officer of Longgang District was 4.87%, and the highest prevalence rate of diabetes was police population (5.78%). (2) According to the standard of impaired fasting glucose (IFG, 5.6-6.9 mmol/L) rec- ommended by American diabetes association (ADA), the IFG was increased continuously with age both in men and women, the positive rate of IFG in both sexes were decreased in the 50 to 54 years old group and continued increased in the 55 to 60 years old women group. Conclusion The public officer population aged 20-60 in Longgang District of Shenzhen City increased by a small age, large range of fasting glucose levels, and increase quickly, we should pay attention to it.
