胃镜诊疗术患者的护理探讨

目的通过对2012年5月本科290例行胃镜诊疗术的患者给予术前、术中、术后护理,使胃镜诊疗顺利完成并尽量避免出现并发症。方法对行胃镜诊疗患者给予术前安慰、鼓励性心理护理、询问病史、设备准备等,术中紧密配合、细心观察生命体征、面色,术后给予健康指导性护理、并发症观察,及时发现问题并给予对症处理。结果经内镜室护理人员进行相应的细心护理、观察、准备、配合,全部患者均能克服恐惧心理顺利完成诊疗术。结论本组病例无发生严重并发症,在整个胃镜诊疗过程中护理人员起着重要角色。

Nursing discussion on patients with endoscopic diagnosis and treatment operation

Objective To accomplish endoscopic diagnosis and treatment smoothly and reduce complication by giving preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing for 290 patients with endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in our department in May 2012. Methods Preoperative comfort, incentive psychological nursing, asking medical history and equipment preparation were given in pre-operation; intraoperative close fit, careful observation of vital signs and complexion were given during surgery; health guidance nursing, complications observation and deal with it were given after surgery to patients with endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. Results Because of careful nursing, observation, preparation and cooperation of all nursing staffs in endoscopy center, all patients overcame the fear of psychological and completed the diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion There is no incidence of serious complication in this study. In the process of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment, nursing staffs play an important role.
