双腔深静脉置管在急诊血液透析中的临床应用

目的观察双腔深静脉置管在急诊血液透析血管通路的临床应用,总结临床应用经验。方法回顾本科2010～2012年98例行急诊血液透析时采用局麻下双腔深静脉置管术建立临时性血管通路患者的临床资料,观察置管相关并发症。结果实施急诊深静脉置管穿刺患者98例,其中2例颈内静脉穿刺不成功改股静脉穿刺成功,置管留置时间2～14周,应用良好;感染3例,心律失常2例,局部渗血、血肿1例。结论双腔深静脉置管是一项安全、有效、方便的穿刺技术,对于需急诊血液透析留置导管者,是首要选择方式。

The clinical application of double-lumen deep venous catheterization in vascular access of emergency hemodialysis

Objective To observe the clinical application of double-lumen deep venous catheterization in vascular access of emergency hemodialysis, and summarize the experience of clinical application. Methods Clinical data of 98 cases of patients who were given double-lumen deep venous catheterization after local anesthesia in vascular access of emergency hemodialysis, and catheter-related complications were investigated. Results In 98 cases of patients, 2 cases of internal jugular vein puncture was not successful, femoral vein puncture was success. The time of catheter indwelling was 2 to 14 weeks. The complication of inflammation was found in 3 cases, cardiac arrhythmia in 2 cases, local exudation and hematoma in 1 case. Conclusions Double-lumen deep vein catheter is a safe, effective, convenient puncture technique, for the patients required emergency hemodialysis catheter, it is the first choice.
