大于75岁老年急性心肌梗死溶栓安全性的观察

目的分析大于75岁老年急性心肌梗死（AMI）溶栓的安全性。方法将91例AMI溶栓老年患者按年龄分为小于75岁组和大于75岁组两组,分析两组基本资料、相关指标及临床疗效的差别。结果 （1）小于75岁组（〈75岁）白细胞计数增高,而且吸烟比例高;（2）大于75岁组（≥75岁）心率快,心功能差,但女性多,死亡率高。结论溶栓治疗在大于75岁老年患者中在严格掌握适应证和禁忌证前提下也是安全可行的。

Safety observation of acute myocardial infarction thrombolysis in patients more than 75 years old

Objective To analyze the safety of acute myocardial infarction（AMI） thrombolysis in patients more than 75 years old. Methods Ninety-one cases of elderly AMI patients with thrombolysis were divided into less than 75 years old group （ 75 years old group） and more than 75 years old group （≥75 years old group） according to age, to analyze the difference of basic information, index of correlation and clinical effects between the two groups. Results （1） In 75 years old group, the numeration of leukocyte was increased and the rate of smoking was high. （2） In the ≥75 years old group, heart rate was fast and cardiac function was bad, and the women was more and the death rate is high. Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy is safety and feasible in the more than 75 years old patients in the premise of mastering indications and contraindications strictly.
