可吸收性止血绫在腮腺手术中的应用

目的对可吸收性止血绫（商品名：泰绫）在腮腺术后止血中应用的可行性进行分析。方法于2009年7月～2012年5月行腮腺浅叶切除术或浅叶部分切除术的病例共86例,其中,使用可吸收性止血绫的实验组51例（其中有2例同时行双侧腮腺手术）,不使用可吸收性止血绫的对照组35例,术后观察引流液的颜色、量、持续时间和愈合时间、愈合等级、有无红肿和变态反应。结果实验组中血性引流液为10～190mL,平均49.3mL;对照组血性引流液为30～260mL,平均96.3mL。实验组患者创面均未见红肿和局部变态反应,均为甲级愈合。结论可吸收性止血绫用于腮腺术后止血安全有效,值得推广使用。

The application of absorbable stanching satin in parotid gland surgery

Objective To analyze the application of absorbable stanching satin （trade name： Tai-ling） in parotid gland surgery. Methods There had 86 cases with line parotid gland shallow lobectomy or shallow lobe resection in July 2009 to May 2012, among them, 51 cases used the absorbable stanching satin as the experimental group （included 2 cases at the same time line bilateral parotid gland surgery）, 35 cases did not use absorbable stanching satin as the control group, the drainage liquid color, dose, duration and healing time, healing level, have without irritation and allergic reaction postoperative were observed. Results The dose of bloody drainage in experimental group was 10-190 mL, the average dose was 49.3 mL. The dose of bloody drainage in control group was 30-260 mL, the average dose was 96.3 mL. Adverse reaction was unfound in the experimental group, and all the wounds healed up well. Conclusion Absorbable stanching satin is safe and effective in parotid gland surgery, it is worth popularizing use.
