摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)相关影响因素。方法收集近2年在本院住院的149例T2DM患者的临床资料,采用SPSS医学统计软件,通过t检验、多重线性回归分析(Stepwise法,逐步法)方法,回顾性分析血Hcy与血压、脂肪肝、空腹C肽(FCP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-CH)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)、血尿酸(UA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)之间的关系。结果非高血压组与高血压组、非高血脂组与高血脂组、脂肪肝组与非脂肪肝组患者血Hcy水平均差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);血UA回归系数B=0.011,标准化回归系数(Beta)=0.259,t=2.279,P=0.026,回归系数95%CI(0.001,0.020)]与血Hcy存在线性依存关系,为正相关关系;自变量TG、TC、LDL-CH、HDL-CH、FCP、HBA1c、GSP、FIB未进入回归模型(P〉0.05)。结论 T2DM患者血Hcy水平受到血UA水平的影响,控制血UA水平有利于降低血Hcy。

Analysis of related factors of blood Hcy levels in type 2 diabetes patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the related factors of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Clinical data of hospitalized patients of 149 cases diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in our hospital the last 2 years were collected. Used SPSS statistical software of medicine, by t-test, multiple linear regression analysis (Stepwise) method, retrospective analyzed of the relationship between blood Hcy and blood pressure, fatty liver, fasting C-peptide (FCP), triglyceride (TG), totalcholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-CH), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-CH), blood uric acid (UA), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), glycated serum protein (GSP), FIB. Results Non-hypertension group and hypertension group, non-high cholesterol group and high cholesterol group, fatty liver group and non-fatty liver group, blood Hcy levels had no significant difference (P 0.05); Blood UA regression coefficient B = 0.011, standardized regressioncoefficient (Beta) = 0.259, t = 2.279, P = 0.026, 95% CI (0.001,0.020)] was associated with blood Hcy by linear dependency relations, and having positive correlation; Independent variables of TG, TC, LDL-CH, HDL-CH, FCP, HBA1c, GSP and FIB not entering the regression model. Conclusion T2DM patients blood Hcy levels are effected by serum UA levels, controlling blood UA levels help to reduce blood Hcy.
