腹腔镜诊查不孕不育症120例临床分析

【摘要】目的探讨腹腔镜手术在不孕不育症诊断和治疗中的临床应用。方法对2009年2月-2011年2月来本院诊治的120例不孕不育患者的病例资料进行回顾性研究。结果120例不孕患者中，盆腔粘连4＆例，占40．0％；输卵管阻塞35例，占29．2％。上述所有患者均完成腹腔镜治疗不孕不育手术，术后在随访的120例患者中，94例（78.3％）患者发生了妊娠。结论腹腔镜可以有效诊治不孕不育症，值得临床的进一步推广。

Clinical analysis of infertility examined by laparoscope in 120 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with infertility, who were treated in our hospital from February 2009 tO February 2011, were retrospectively studied. Results In all the 120 cases of infertility patients, 48 cases oc- curred pelvic pathologic adhesion for a percentage of 40.0%, 35 cases encountered oviduct blocking accounting for 29.2%. All of the above completed laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of infertility, 94 cases （78.3%） occurred preg- nancy during postoperative follow-up. Conclusion Laparoscope can effectively diagnose and treat infertility, so it is worth clinical further promotion.
