瑞替普酶治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死30例疗效分析

目的观察瑞替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的有效性、安全性。方法30例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者，给予常规治疗和瑞替普酶，首次给予10MU静注大于3min，30min后给予第二次上述剂量，同时皮下注射低分子肝素钙5000U，每12小时1次，共7d，观察疗效。结果30例中，判断为再通28例，不能判为再通2例，总有效率为93．3％。所有患者无严重出血倾向。结论瑞替普酶可用于急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的溶栓治疗，在急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗中，血管开通率高，给药方便，副作用小，但临床疗效的评估需扩大观察样本。

Clinical effects analysis of reteplase in treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients in 30 cases

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of reteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction. Methods Thirty cases of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients were given conventional treatment and reteplase, 10 MU intravenous injection more than 3 minutes of first dose, and second time were given the same dose after 30 minutes. Subcutaneous injection of 5 000 units low molecular weight heparin every 12 hours were given for 7 days. Clinical effects were observed. Results Twenty cases were measured as recanalization with 2 cases failed. Total effectiveness was 93.3%. All patients didn＇t have bleeding tendency. Conclusion Reteplase can he used in thromholytie therapy for the treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients. It can enhance recanalization rate with convenient medication and little adverse reactions in thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction. The evaluation of clinic effects needs the enlargement of cases.
