27例双硫仑样反应急诊救治分析

目的探讨双硫仑样反应的诊断、辨别和急诊救治。方法对2008年12月～2012年4月急诊救治的27例双硫仑样反应患者情况进行回顾分析。所有患者就诊后均给予急诊留诊观察，并根据具体情况予以对症治疗。结果经对症处理，所有患者于30～180min症状好转，无死亡病例。结论使坩药物后饮酒引起的双硫仑样经仔细鉴别后可以准确判断，医务人员应根据不同情况给予对症治疗。对于24h内接触过含乙醇制品的患者尽量避免使用易导致双硫仑样反应药物，并提醒患者在用药期间及停药后5～7d内不得接触含乙醇制品。

Emergency treatment analysis of disulfiram-like reactions in 27 cases

Objective To discuss the diagnosis, distinguish and emergency salvage of disulfiram-like reaction. Meth- ods Twenty-seven patients whose diagnose were disulfiram-like reactions were retrospective analyzed during Decem- ber 2008 to April 2012 in the emergency department. All patients were left clinical observation and cured according to their condition. Results All patients got better in 30 to 180 minutes after treatment and no deaths occurred. Conclu- sion Disulfiram-like reaction that cause by drinking after using medication can be judged after distinguish. Physicians must cure the patients according to their condition. Any preparation containing ethanol should be abandoned to those who adopting medicines that have the tendency to cause disulfiram-like reaction before and during the time adopting these medicines and even 5 to 7 days after discontimuation.
