| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双侧子宫动脉介入栓塞治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠大出血的应用价值。方法对本院2005年10月～2012年9月确诊为子宫瘢痕妊娠大出血的10例患者,采用双侧子宫动脉内灌注甲氨蝶呤（MTX）之后用聚乙烯醇（PVA）微球超选择性栓塞双侧子宫动脉介入治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 10例患者均栓塞止血成功,血β-HCG均降至正常。结论介入治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠大出血既快速、有效,又无严重并发症,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of bilateral uterine artery embolization for cesarean scar pregnancy bleeding. Methods Ten patients diagnosed as cesarean scar pregnancy bleeding in our hospital from October 2005 to September 2012 were selected, bilateral uterine artery infusion of methotrexate （MTX）, polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） microspheres super selective embolization of the uterine artery interventional therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Ten patients embolization was successful, serum β-HCG dropped to normal. Conclusion Interventional treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy bleeding is fast and effective, has no serious complications, is worthy of clinical use. |
