产妇分娩过程中的心理护理

目的探讨心理护理在产妇分娩过程中的效果。方法选择2009年5月～2010年6月入住本院的106例产妇,随机分成对照组和实验组各53例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理。观察两组产妇分娩产程及产后并发症。结果实验组产程进展顺利,总产程明显缩短,两组第三产程比较,差异有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组难产8例（15.09%）,实验组1例（1.89%）,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理在产妇分娩过程中有重要作用,不仅能减轻产妇的痛苦,还能提高产妇的舒适度,从而促进分娩过程的顺利进行,降低了难产率,提高了分娩质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

The psychological nursing of parturient in the delivery process

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing in the delivery process of parturient. Methods From May 2009 to June 2010 in our hospital, 106 cases of parturient were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 53 cases in each group. Control group was carried out routine nursing, experimental group was carried out psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The stage of labor and postpartum complications of two groups were observed. Results The progress of labor of experimental group was smoothly, the total labor was shortened significantly, and the difference of the third stage of labor in the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）. 8 cases of dystocia in control group, and the dystocia rate was 15.09%, 1 case of dystocia in experimental group, and the dystocia rate was 1.89%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing in the delivery process of parturient has an important role, not only to alleviate the pain of parturient, but also to improve the parturient＇ comfort level, thereby contributing to the smooth progress of the delivery process, reduce dystocia rate, and improve the quality of childbirth, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
