零售药店营业员有效培训的思考

摘    要:目的为零售药店有效开展营业员培训提供参考。方法以某市为例,对零售药店营业员进行抽样调查,总结营业员的基本特征,提出营业员有效培训的对策与建议。结果通过调查发现,年纪轻、学历低、职称低、_T作年限短是零售药店营业员的普遍特点。结论对营业员进行有效培训,提高其专业服务水平是一项必需的措施。

Abstract:Objective To provide reference for the drugstores to carry out the training of sales assistant effectively. Methods By taking a certain city as an example, the stratified random sampling survey was used, and the basic char- acteristics of the sales assistant were summarized. Then the effective measures and suggestions to the training of sales assistant were put forward. Results Through investigation and analysis, the common features of the sales assistant were found to be young, low educated, low professional and short working life. Conclusion It is a necessary measure to im- 13rove the professional level of sales assistant by effective training.
