手末节指骨骨折手术治疗分析

目的探讨手末节指骨骨折手术治疗方式及效果。方法将90例患者分为观察组与对照A组、对照B组,分别采用注射针头内固定、克氏针内固定及指骨小夹板外固定治疗,比较各治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果优良率：观察组为92.5%,对照A组为84.2%,对照B组为75.0%;不良反应发生率：观察组为10.0%,对照A组为16.7%,对照B组为26.7%。观察组整体效果明显优于对照A组与对照B组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论手末节指骨骨折采用注射针头内固定方式进行治疗,临床效果更为显著,值得推广应用。

Hand operation treatment of distal phalanx fractures

Objective To explore the surgery way and surgery effect of hand nonessentials phalanx fractures. Methods Ninety cases of patients were divided into observation group, control group A, control group B, three groups were given injection needle fixation, G＇s pin fixation, small phalanx plate external fixation, and then the treatment effect and adverse reaction of three groups were compared. Results The excellence rate of observation group was 92.5%, that of control group A and control group B was 84.2%, 75.0%; the adverse reaction rate of observation group was 10.0%, that of control group A and control group B was 16.7%, 26.7%. The integral effect of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistieally significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effect of injection needle fixation in treatment of hand nonessentials phalanx fractures is significant and it is worthy of application.
