护理干预对促进锁骨骨折患者功能恢复的效果评价

【摘要】目的探讨护理干预对促进锁骨骨折患者功能恢复的临床效果。方法将80例患者均分为两组，40例患者实施常规护理，并与40例实施术前、术后早中晚和出院功能锻练指导患者比较，比较两组患者住院时间和术后肩关节承重时间，并观察两组所出现的并发症。结果观察组住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05），且术后肩关节承重时间快于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组出现创伤性关节炎、畸形愈合和伤口感染的比率均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论锁骨骨折术后有效的护理干预能促进患者术后功能恢复，减少并发症，是提高手术治疗效果不可或缺的一部分。

Performance evaluation of nursing intervention to promote functional recovery of the clavicle fracture patients

Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention to promote functional recovery of the clavi- cle fracture patients. Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases were used usual care and 40 cases were used usual care with functional exercise in postoperative early, noon, evening and then hospitalization time, postoperative shoulder load time and the complications were compared in the two groups. Results The patient stay time in the observation group was shorter than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, postoperative bearing time of shoulder in the observation group was faster than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, the post traumatic arthritis, deformity healing and wound infection rates of observation group in the observation group were lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention for functional of patients, reduce complications, improve the the treatment effect. clavicular fracture after operation can promote postoperative operation curative, so it is an indispensable part to improve
