甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗初发2型糖尿病疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对初发2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法收集初发2型糖尿病患者30例，全部患者在饮食控制及生活方式调节的基础上，前3个月使用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗，3个月后停用甘精胰岛素，继续瑞格列奈或仅用饮食控制及生活方式调节控制血糖。分别于治疗前、治疗3个月后和1年后随访，检测空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后血糖（PPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、尿糖（GLU）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（CHO）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）。结果全部患者FPG、PPG、HbA。GLU、TG、CHO及LDL—C7项实验室指标，在治疗前、治疗3个月后和1年后随访比较，差异有统计学意义；全部7项指标在治疗3个月后较治疗前显著下降，治疗1年后也较治疗前显著下降；在治疗3个月和1年比较，全部7项指标差异无统计学意义。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗初发2型糖尿病效果良好，是2型糖尿病初诊治疗可供选择的有效强化方案之一。

A clinical observation of new-onset of type 2 diabetes treated by Glargine combined Repaglinide

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of new-onset of type 2 diabetes treated by Glargine com- bined Repaglinide. Methods Thirty patients of type 2 diabetes complies with the established standards were collected. All of them were given diet and lifestyle adjusting treatment, and treated by Glargine combined Repaglinide. Glargine was stopped after 3 months, but Repaglinide was continued or only with diet and lifestyle adjustment to control blood sugar. There were some indexes including FPG, PPG, HbA1o, GLU, TG, CHO, LDL-C would be tested before treat- ment, 3 months and 1 year after treatment. Results All indexes （FPG, PPG, HbAlc, GLU, TG, CHO, LDL-C） were dif- ferent among before treatment, after 3 months after treatment and 1 years of follow-up. Further analysis showed that before treatment and 3 months after treatment the differences of these indexes were significant, before treatment and 1 years of follow-up, the differences were also significant. But there was no significant difference between these indexes in 3 months after and 1 year of follow-up. Conclusion Effect of Glargine combined Repaglinide in treatment of new- onset of type 2 diabetes is good, it is one of the effective solutions for primera consuha type 2 diabetes.
