膀胱过度活动症保守治疗的心理行为护理干预

目的探讨膀胱过度活动症保守治疗的心理行为护理干预方法。方法将75例膀胱过度活动症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组行传统的保守治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上增加心理行为护理干预,比较两组患者的焦虑和抑郁情况。结果对照组患者接受治疗后,有17例（48.6%）患者患有抑郁症状,并且有12例（34.3%）有抑郁可能,有6例（17.1%）正常;在接受心理行为干预下,患者中有29例（72.5%）正常,8例（20.0%）可能抑郁,而患有抑郁患者仅有3例（7.5%）。两组患者在抑郁测评结果方面比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理行为护理干预能够有效地改善患者的治疗情绪。

Psychological and behavioral nursing intervention to conservative treatment of overactive bladder

Objective To discuss the psychological and behavioral nursing intervention to conservative treatment of overactive bladder. Methods Seventy-five patients diagnosed with overactive bladder were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group were treated with conservative treatment while experimental group added psychological and behavioral nursing intervention on the basis of the treatment of control group. Anxiety and depression level were compared in the two groups. Results In control group, 17 patients （48.6%） presented depression symptoms, 12 patients （34.3%） were possible depression, and 6 patients （17.1%） were normal. In experimental group whose patients were treated with psychological and behavioral nursing intervention, 29 patients （72.5%） were normal, 8 patients （20.0%） were possible depression, while only 3 patients （7.5%） presented depression symptoms. Statistically significant differences （P 0.05） existed in the item of depression evaluation results. Conclusion Psychological and behavioral nursing intervention can effectively improve patients＇ treating emotion.
