德宏地区上消化道出血147例临床分析

目的探讨德宏地区不同年龄段成年人上消化道出血的病因。方法对本科2011年1~12月收治并行胃镜检查的上消化道出血患者147例的病因进行回顾性分析。结果德宏地区上消化道出血的病因依次是消化性溃疡、食管胃底静脉曲张、急性胃黏膜病变和消化道肿瘤,而且各年龄段均以消化性溃疡为主。结论总结上消化道出血的病因分布,可为上消化道出血的诊治提供依据。

Analysis of 147 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in Dehong Region

Objective To study the etiology with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in adult of different age in Dehong region. Methods The etiology of 147 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhag during 2011 in our department were analyzed retrospectively, and all patients underwent gastroscopy. Results The etiology of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of Dehong Region in turn were peptic ulcer, esophageal and gastric varices, erosive gastritis and gastrointestinal tumors. Peptic ulcer was the most common etiology in every age group. Conclusion It is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage by summarizing the etiology.
