| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自体颗粒骨椎间植骨融合加椎弓根系统内固定术治疗腰椎不稳症的临床疗效。方法对48例腰椎不稳症患者行后路双侧开窗减压、自体骨椎间植骨融合加椎弓根系统内固定。结果对48例腰椎不稳症患者经28～36个月随访,X线片显示全组融合率为97.9%,3例并发症术后也全部消失。结论采用自体颗粒骨椎间植骨融合加椎弓根系统内固定术治疗腰椎不稳症融合率高,临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of intervertebral disc with inter-body morselized bone and transpedicular screw system internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spine instability. Methods Forty-eight patients with lumbar spine instability were treated by posterior bilateral fenestration, intervertebral disc with inter-body morselized bone and transpedicular screw system internal fixation. Results Forty-eight patients with lumbar spine instability were followed up 28-36 months, X-rays showed that the fusion rate of the whole group was 97.9%, 3 cases of complications were disappeared after surgery. Conclusion Intervertebral disc with inter-body morselized bone and transpedicular screw system internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spine instability has high fusion rate and satisfactory clinical efficiency. |
