摘    要:目的:研究MTA1在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法对30例子宫内膜异位症在位内膜,异位内膜及20例正常内膜组织进行MTA1的表达检测。结果:正常内膜MTA1阳性率为30.0%(6/20),异位内膜阳性表达率53.3%(16/30),在位内膜阳性表达率73.3%(22/30),在位内膜与正常内膜MTA1表达阳性率比较有统计学差异(P=0.002),正常内膜与异位内膜MTA1表达阳性率比较无统计学差异(P=0.103),在位内膜与异位内膜MTA1表达阳性率比较无统计学差异(P=0.108),MTA1在各组间增生期及分泌期表达阳性率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:MTA1在在位内膜中的过度表达在子宫内膜异位症发生、复发过程中可能起一定的作用,这将为子宫内膜异位症的治疗和预后判断提供新的线索。

Expression and significance of MTA1 in endometriosis

Abstract:Objective:To research the expression and significance of MTA 1 in endometriosis.Methods:The expression levels of MAT1 in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium of 30 cases with endometriosis and normal endometrium of 20 cases without endometriosis were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive rates of MTA1 in normal endometrium,ectopic endometrium,and eutopic endometrium were 30.0%(6/20),53.3%(16/30),and 73.3%(22/30),respectively,there was statistically significant difference in positive expression rate of MTA1 between eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium(P=0.002),there was no statistically significant difference in positive expression rate of MTA1 between normal endometrium and ectopic endometrium(P=0.103),there was no statistically significant difference in positive expression rate of MTA1 between eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium(P=0.108),there was no statistically significant difference in positive expression rates of MTA1 at proliferative phase and secretory phase among normal endometrium,ectopic endometrium,and eutopic endometrium(P>0.05).Conclusion:Over-expression of MTA1 in eutopic endometrium may play a ceratin role in occurrence and development of endometriosis,which provides a new clue for treatment and prognostic evaluation of endometriosis.
