眶隔脂肪释放转位法下睑袋及眶下缘凹陷整复术

目的：探讨下睑袋整复术中眶隔脂肪的合理保留与利用对术后形态的影响。方法：经皮肤入路下睑袋整复术与经结膜入路下睑袋整复术中释放眶隔内脂肪,缝合固定填充眶下缘凹陷区。结果：自2004年以来共施术236例,其中186例就医者随访3～12个月,除9例术后因复发眶下缘凹陷做第2次手术矫正外,其余均获得了满意的美容效果。结论：以保留和释放转位眶隔脂肪法,整复下睑袋及眶下缘凹陷,其效果显著。

Lower pouches and infraorbital margin hollow taxis operation through orbital septum fat release and displacement method

Objective To discuss the reservation and using of orbital septum fat in lower pouches taxis operation. Methods To release fat in orbital septum with lower pouches taxis operation through skin and lower pouches taxis operation through conjunctiva, and to sew up and fix and fill the hollow of infraorbital margin. Results From 2004 we have carried out 236 cases of operation, among these, we have followed 186 cases of patients for 3-12 months and they have got satisfied face-beautifying results except that 9 cases of patients have done operation of diorthosis for the second time because of hollow of infraorbital margin. Conclusion To do operation of hollow of lower pouches and infraorbital margin with the method of reserving and releasing and displacing orbital septum fat and the effect is outstanding.
