| 摘 要： | 自1999-2004年共收治陈旧性肩关节脱位21例,现介绍如下。1临床资料本组21例,男15例,女6例;年龄42~75岁,平均60岁。脱位时间15~52 d。盂下脱位9例,喙突下脱位7例,锁骨下脱位5例。合并臂丛神经损伤5例,合并其他严重损伤4例。2治疗方法2·1麻醉根据患者体质和耐受力选用麻醉1],单
