| 摘 要： | 目的应用多排CT后处理重建技术明确显示肋软骨、肋骨解剖及病变。方法对临床数十例急诊胸部外伤和平片未发现肋骨病变的慢诊患者行多排CT检查与后处理重建。结朵多排CT后处理重建不仅能清晰显示肋软骨外伤骨折和肋弓部骨折，而且对一些恶性肿瘤患者肋骨转移所致的骨质破坏也能明确显示。结论多排CT后处理技术（包括VR、MPR、MIP、CPR）可完整显示肋软骨、肋骨解剖及病变并能及时明确诊断。
