摘 要: | 革新传统公共体育教学模式,以体现“三自主”特点并且身体素质和专项技能并重的“基础课+选项课”为新型教学模式,通过为期1学年的教学实践来验证新教学模式对大学生体质健康的影响和作用,实践前后结果表明:身高、体重实践前后无显著差异(P>0.05);肺活量、坐位体前屈、800/1000米跑成绩提高且有显著性差异(P<0.01);握力指数、立定跳远成绩提高,呈现较为显著性差异(P<0.05);新教学模式对大学生体质健康的促进效应显著.

Abstract: | In order to innovate the traditional PE curriculum mode, the mode of "basic course + elective course" has been adopted, which attaches importance to students" physical quality and technical ability, whose functions were tested by teaching experiment in 1 year. The results show that no difference on the factors of height and weight after experiment; the scores of sitting and reaching, vital capacity and 800/1000 meters run raised most obviously, scores of gripping power and standing long jump raised more obviously. The new PE curriculum mode has a positive function on students health. |
