宁夏地区胃癌患者社会支持现状及影响因素分析

目的 了解宁夏地区胃癌患者社会支持现状及影响因素.方法 在宁夏地区2011年胃癌住院患者病案资料中随机抽取150例胃癌患者进行入户调查,剔除患者死亡等客观因素,获得有效问卷130份.利用社会支持评定量表（SSRS）和SPSS软件等统计分析工具,对所获得的数据进行统计分析.结果 宁夏地区胃癌患者的社会支持水平得分为（40.39±6.62）分,处于基本满意的水平,其中主观支持得分为（23.97±4.42）分,客观支持得分为（9.10±6.66）分,对支持的利用度得分较低,仅为（7.31±1.89）分;经单因素方差分析和多元回归统计,年龄、职业、民族和费用支付方式是影响宁夏地区胃癌患者社会支持的主要因素,P均＜0.05.结论 宁夏地区胃癌患者的社会支持水平整体较好,但对社会支持利用的水平较低.建议：从患者的角度,患者通过倾诉、参加社团活动等多种方式积极获得社会支持;从政府的角度,要加强社会经济支持的力度,并向高年龄患者和低收入人群倾斜.

The SSRS Situation and Influence Factors of Gastric Carcinoma Patients in Ningxia Hui Region

OBJECTIVE To learn about what the social support of gastric carcinoma patients in Ningxia Hui reigon looks like and to find the influence factors. METHODS To extract 150 gastric patients in random from all the gastric carcinoma patients of attachment Hospital of Ningxia Medici University in 2011, by using social support rating scale and SPSS to measure 130 effective patients. RESULTS The total score of SSRS of gastric carcinoma is （40.39±6.62）, which is normal and satisfactory, the score of subjective support is （23.97± 4.42）, the score of objective support is （9.10±6.66）, comparatively the utility of SSRS is lower only （7.31±1.89） ; by using F test and multiple logistic analyse, it is find that age, occupation, nationality, payment can influence the level of SSRS（P〈0.05 ）. CONCLUSIONS The whole social support level on gastric carcinoma patients in NingXia is good; but the utility SSRS is lower. It is suggested to promte SSRS of the gastric carcinoma patients by telling, asking help, joining the society etc and give more economic support to the eldly and the poor.
