茯苓四逆汤对慢性心衰患者晚期糖基化终产物的影响

目的观察茯苓四逆汤对慢性心力衰竭（心衰）患者的临床疗效及对血清晚期糖基化终产物（AGEs）水平的影响。方法86例心衰患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各43例。治疗组予茯苓四逆汤配合西医常规治疗。对照组予西医常规治疗。两组以2周为1疗程，连续治疗6个疗程。观察两组疗效、中医证候积分、血清AGEs水平、劳动耐力、生存质量、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室收缩末内径（LVEDs）、左室舒张末直径（LVIDd）等指标变化。结果总有效率治疗组为93．02％，优于对照组的69．77％（P〈0．05）；治疗组在改善中医证候积分、生存质量、6min步行距离（6MWT）、血清AGEs水平、LVEF、LVIDd、LVEDs等指标方面优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论茯苓四逆汤能够改善心衰患者临床症状，提高生存质量，这可能与其调节血清AGEs作用相关。

Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Fulingsini Decoction and Its Effect on Advanced GlycosylationEnd Products

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Fuling SiNi Decoction and its effect on advanced glycosylation end products （AGEs）. Methods： 86 cases of patients with Chronic Heart Failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,43 cases of each group.The control group using conventional treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment plus Fuling SiNi Decoction. Two groups take 2 weeks as 1 treatment course,treats 6 treatment courses continuously. Observation of the two groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, Serum AGEs, labor endurance, quality of life, the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular end-systolic diameter （LVEDs）,left ventricular end-di- astolic diameter （LVIDd）. Results： The total eficacy of the treatment group was 93.02% ,higher than the control group （69.77%） （P 〈 0.05） ; Clinical efficacy in the treatment group, 6 minutes walking distance, quality of life, Serum AGEs,LVEF, LVIDd, LVEDs were much better than the control group （P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ）. x Fulingsini Decoction is quite effective for Chronic Heart Failure,the mechanism may be related to the decrease the Serum AGEs.
