| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钙依赖粘附素-E(E-cadherin)与子宫内膜异位症发病的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学技术测定30例EM患者异位子宫内膜、20例EM患者在位子宫内膜及30例正常子宫内膜组织中E-cadherin的表达情况.结果 E-cadherin主要表达于子宫内膜腺体上皮细胞的细胞膜,在EM异位内膜及在位内膜的表达显著低于正常子宫内膜.结论 E-cadherin在异位内膜腺上皮细胞的异常表达可能参与了EM的发病.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correclation of E-cadherin and endometriosis. Methods Using immunohistochemistry(sp) to detect the expression of E-cadherin in 30 ectopic and 20 eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis and 30 endometrium in healthy control groups. Results E-cadherin expression was demonstrated in all endometrium,and was restricted to epithelial cellsl However, E-cadherin in ectopic and eutopic endometrium were significant decreased compared with normal control groups. Conclusions Our results suggest that E-cadherin could be in volved in the development of endometriosis. |
