女性精神障碍患者再入院相关因素及临床资料分析

目的：了解再入院女性精神障碍患者的临床特点，分析再入院的相关因素。方法：对我院2003年1月1日-2005年12月31日的2344名住院女性患者进行回顾性病例分析。结果：再入院患者占10．2％，平均住院次数2．4次，年轻和精神分裂症患者占多数，部分精神分裂症患者是在定期门诊复诊、遵医嘱服药的情况下恶化或复发而再入院。心境障碍及部分精神分裂症患者因减药或停药，导致病情恶化、波动或复发而再入院。结论：对多次住院的女性精神障碍患者应进一步关注与研究，加强精神卫生服务，以改善预后，减少残疾，降低经济负担，节约卫生资源。

Retrospective study on readmission of female psychiatric patients

Objective:To investigate factors impacting readmission of female psychiatric patients.Methods:Admission records of our hospital from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: During this period,there were 2344 admissions in all.10.2% of them were readmission.There was 2.4 times readmission in average in this group.Most of the readmitted were young and schizophrenic.Most readmission of schizophrenia was due to relapse even with regular medication and consultations,while that of bipolar disorders and a lot of schizophrenia were due to interrupt of regular treatment by patients.Conclusions: Readmission in psychiatric service need more investigate and attention.
