三种三腔二囊管置入方法临床应用及护理配合的探讨

目的 探讨三种三腔二囊管置入方法的临床应用效果及护理配合。方法 对传统法(A组)、导丝交换法(B组)、改良法(C组)置入三腔二囊管的气囊破损率、病人不适反应、置管成功率及护理配合进行比较。结果 三种方法的气囊破损率、病人不适反应无明显差异。B、C组置管成功率为93．3％、100％，明显高于A组(73．3％)，但B组对护理配合要求更高。结论 导丝交换法、改良法置入三腔二囊管均能显著提高三腔二囊管置入的成功率，改良法操作简便易行。

Investigating on clinical using and nursing cooperate of three insertion methods of balloon tamponade

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing cooperate of three kinds of insertion methods of balloon tamponade. Methods Using conventional method(group A),guide line exchange method(group B)and improving method(group C)in the intubation,then comparing the injury rate,response of the patients,successful rate and nursing cooperate.Results There were no significant difference in injury rate and response of the patients among three groups.The successful rate of A,B,C group were 73.3%,93.3%,100% respectively,the differences were significant( P <0 05) and the B group require more nursing cooperate.Conclusions The guide line exchange method and improving method can raise the successful rate of balloon tamponade.The improving method is simple and safe.
