急性脑梗死血浆D-二聚体测定的临床意义

目的 :探讨D 二聚体 (D Dimer,DD)在缺血性卒中发病中的意义及变化规律。方法 :应用上海太阳生物技术公司试剂盒 ,采用乳胶凝集法测定 113例急性脑梗死患者不同时期血浆D 二聚体含量。结果 :急性脑梗死患者急性期DD与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,亚急性期DD与对照组比较有非常显著性差异 ( χ2 =49.878,P <0 .0 1) ,恢复期DD与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。腔隙性脑梗死各时期DD与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :DD在急性脑梗死急性期升高不明显 ,亚急性期明显升高 ,恢复期又降至正常 ,DD的动态变化可以反映体内凝血和纤溶的变化

Clinical significance of detected D-Dimer in plasma of patients with acute cerebral ischemic infarction

Objective:To evaluate the significance and changes of D-Dimer(DD) in plasma of patients with acute cerebral ischemic infarction. Method:Colloidal agglutination test was used to measured DD in the various phases of acute cerebral ischemic infatction(113 cases).Result:There were no significant differences in the levels of DD between acute phases and subacute phases (P>0.05),but there were significant differences between subacute phases and controls (χ 2=49.878,P<0.01),there were no significant differences between restoration stage and controls(P>0.05),and there were also no significant differences between the various phases of lacunar infarct and controls (P>0.05).Conclusion:During the subacute phases of cerebral ischemic infarction,the levels of DD Were significantly higher than that in acute phases,however,the levels of DD were normal during the restoration stage,the dynamic changes of DD can reflect the changes of coagulation and fibrinolytic activation.
