p53、一氧化氮合酶及血管内皮生长因子在子宫颈癌的表达及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨p53、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与宫颈癌内血管生成和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化染色(SP法)检测49例子宫颈癌的p53、iNOS、eNOS及VEGF,并于临床病理及预后指标进行分析同时进行随访。结果宫颈癌组织中p53、iNOS,eNOS及VEGF阳性表达分别是59.2%、71.4%、57.1%和49.0%。p53、NOS和VEGF均与宫颈癌临床分期、术后生存时间有密切关系(P〈0.05),但与组织学类型无关(P〉0.05);iNOS与宫颈癌病理分级有密切关系;p53、NOS与VEGF的表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论p53、NOS及VEGF的表达水平与宫颈癌的进展、术后生存时间有密切关系,提示p53、NOS及VEGF可作为患者预后评估的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of p53,nitric oxide synthase(NOS),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and their relation with angiogenesis and prognosis in cervical carcinoma.Methods The expressions of p53,iNOS,eNOS and VEGF were determined in 49 cases of cervical carcinoma with immunohistochemical method(SP method),and the results were compared with pathology,and the cases were followed-up.Results The expression rates of cervical carcinoma of p53,iNOS,eNOS and VEGF were 59.2%,71.4%,57.1% and 49.0%,respectively.They were not associated with histological type(P>0.05),but significantly correlated to FIGO stages and the postoperative survival data(P<0.05).iNOS were related to grading of cervical carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of p53,NOS and VEGF has close relation to angiogenesis,growth,invasion in cervical carcinoma.They may be accepted as important markers to evaluate the prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
