CIK细胞治疗对鼻咽癌患者肿瘤标志物及生活质量的影响

【目的】观察鼻咽癌患者回输自体CIK细胞后临床症状缓解情况及EB病毒指标变化。【方法】 收集鼻咽癌病例42例,其中放化疗联合CIK组21例进行CIK生物治疗(参照美国斯坦福大学骨髓移植中心建立的 CIK细胞培养方法诱导扩增 CIK细胞, CIK细胞培养 14 d后分次回输给患者)及进行放疗或/和化疗,放化疗组21例仅进行放疗或/和化疗。【结果】随访6 ~ 27个月,中位随访时间14.5个月,放化疗联合CIK组食欲明显改善,并且其肿瘤标志物(VCA-IgA、EA-IgA、EA-IgG及EBV-DNA)均较放化疗组明显降低;但治疗有效率并无统计学差异。【结论】 CIK生物治疗安全可靠,有效降低EBV抗体滴度并提高食欲,改善睡眠,但并未提高治疗有效率。

Effect of Adoptive Immunotherapy with Auto-cytokine Induced Killer Cells on Tumor Markers and General Condition of Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
