应用综合疗法治疗瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕

目的寻找有效的治疗瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕的方法，减少其复发率。方法采用手术切除、术后放疗、外用硅凝胶瘢痕贴、激素局部注射、加压综合治疗瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕，自1996年以来十年内共治疗796例，随访2～10年。结果362例（506个部位）瘢痕疙瘩有效率达74．1％，复发率15．4％，434例增生性瘢痕有效率达84．8％，复发率8％。结论采用多种方法综合疗法是目前治疗瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕行之有效的手段，可显著降低复发率，副作用、不良反应较低。

Study on treatment of keloids and hypertrophic scars with combined various methods

Objective To investigate a more effective method of treatment of keloids and hypertrophic scars in order to reduce its recurrence rate.Methods From 1996 to 2006, 796 cases of keloids and hypertrophic scars were treated with surgery in combination with postoperative irradiation therapy, silicone gel sheeting, corticosteroid injections, and pressure therapy.These cases were followed up for 2 to 10 years.Results 362 cases of keliods in 506 sites yielded a 74.1% effective rate and a 15.4% recurrence rate. 434 cases of hypertrophic scars yielded a 84.8% effective rate and a 8% recurrcnce rate. Conclusion The therapy of combined various methods is an effective method to treat keloids and hypertrophic scars, it can reduce its recurrence rate with lower adverse reactions and side effects.
