热证虚实与体液免疫状态关系的探讨

目的]观察中医热证虚实两种不同证型与体液免疫功能的关系。方法]对中医辨证属实热证患者27例、虚热证患者35例进行血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE及免疫复合物(CIC),血清补体C3、C4、CH50测定。结果]虚热证组血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3和CH50水平均低于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而实热证组IgM和C3、C4、CH50水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),IgA水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05),实热证组与虚热证组相比血清IgG、IgM、C3、C4、CH50水平均升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论]虚、实热证的体液免疫功能有所不同,实热证以免疫功能亢进为主,虚热证以免疫功能低下为主。

Observation on Humoral Immunity in Patients with Syndromes of Excess-heat and Deficiency-heat

Objective] To observe the relationship between humoral immunity and syndrome patterns of excess-heat and deficiency-heat. Methods] Serum globulin contents of IgG, IgA, IgM and IgE, circulatory immune compound (CIC) and serum complements of C3 , C4 and CH50 were detected in 30 cases of healthy volunteers (group A), 27 of excess-heat syndrome (group B) and 35 of deficiency-heat syndrome (group C). Results] Serum globulin contents of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and CH50 in group C were lower than those in group A ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) . Serum contents of IgM, C3, C4 and CH50 were higher ( P < 0.01) and serum content of IgA lower ( P < 0.05) in group B than those in group A. IgG, IgM, C3, C4 and CH50 contents were higher in group B than those in group C (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion] Humoral immunity varies with different syndromes: hyperactive in excess-heat syndrome and hypoactive in deficiency-heat syndrome.
