促肝细胞生长素和丹参联合穴位注射治疗肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

目的：评价促肝细胞生长素和丹参联合穴位注射治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者120例，随机分为三组：对照1组，采用促肝细胞生长素穴位注射治疗，对照2组，采用丹参穴位注射治疗，治疗组采用促肝细胞生长素和丹参穴位注射治疗，观察三组治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化血清学、影像学指标的变化。结果：三组治疗后与治疗前相比，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。促肝细胞生长素和丹参组在肝功能改善、抗肝纤维化、影像学方面与丹参、促肝细胞生长素组相比，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：促肝细胞生长素和丹参联合穴位注射治疗肝炎肝纤维化疗效确切，安全，方法简便。

Clinical effects of point injection with hepatocyte growth-promoting factors and salvia miltiorrhiza on the progression of fibrosis in the patients with chronic hepatitis B

To study the clinical effects of point injection with hepatocyte growth-promoting factors （HGF） and salvia miltiorrhiza on the progression of fibrosis in the patients with chronic hepatitis B, Methods： One hundred and twenty chronic hepatitis B patients with fibrosis were enrolled in this present study and then were divided into three groups. The group with the point injection with HGF was considered as the control group 1, another group with the point injection with salvia miltiorrhiza was regarded as the control group 2, and the other group with the point injection with both the HGF and salvia miltiorrhiza was seen as the treatment group, In each group, the liver function, serum markers of fibrosis and imaging indicators were all investigated before and after the treatment, Results： There were significant differences before and after the treatment in each group （P 〈 0. 05） , Compared with both the control groups, obvious improvement of the liver function, liver fibrosis and imaging indicators was also found in the treatment group （P 〈 0, 05） , Conclusion ： Point injection of HGF and salvia miltiorrhiza could improve the progression of liver fibrosis effectively and safely in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.
