脱发与感染人体蠕形螨的关系

本文对脱发与人体蠕形螨的关系作了探讨,结果表明脱发患者95例(男79、女16),检出蠕形螨患者26例(男22、女4),检出率27.4％,在校大学生90人(男48、女42),检出蠕形螨者15人(男12、女3),检出率16.6％。两组检出率相比较差别有非常显著性(P<0.01)。因此认为人体蠕形螨(尤其是毛囊蠕形螨)似可为脱发(特别是“脂脱”)的主要病因之一,其致病性在于宿主自身的体质和反应性,并与虫体的数量有关。

THE RELATION BETWEEN ALOPECIA AND THE HUMAN VERMIFORM MITE'S INFECTION

The study about the relationship between alopecia and the human vermiform mite's infection was made in this article.The 26 cases of vermiform mite ( 22 males, 4 females ) were detected among the 95 cases of alopecia (79 males, 16 females ) .The detectable rate was 27.4%.The 15 cases of vermiform mite were found among the 90 students (48 males, 42 females) in college.The detectable rate was 16.6%.The authors have compared the detectable rates and the result showed that the difference had obvious signicance (P<0.01) .Thus the human vermiform mite (especially demodex folliculorum)was considered as one main cause of alopecia (especially alopecia seborrheica) .It was pathogenicity depends on the host's own constitution and reactivity as well as the amount of mite.
