| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察使用硫酸镁治疗重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的疗效。方法 :将 40例患儿分为治疗组和对照组 ,在传统治疗基础上 ,治疗组加用硫酸镁。结果 :治疗组有效率为 94.7%( 18/19)。对照组总有效率为 47.6%( 10 /2 1)。P <0 .0 1。结论 :使用硫酸镁治疗HIE疗效显著

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect which apply magnesium sulfale to treat severe HIE.Methods:Forty cases were divided into two groups: cantral and treatment (on the base of traditional treatment play magnesium sulfate).Results: Effective rate of treatment group is 94.7%. Effect rate of contral groupis 47.6%. P<0.01.Conclusion:The effect in applying MgSO 4 is better than that of the methodsbefore. |
