活血愈疡散治疗急性应激性胃黏膜病变的疗效及其对血小板活化因子的影响

目的:探讨活血愈疡散治疗急性应激性胃黏膜病变的疗效及其对血小板活化因子(PAF)的影响。方法:将102例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用口服活血愈疡散,对照组给予甲氰咪胍静点,在治疗前及治疗后进行PAF测定并观察疗效。结果:治疗后PAF值明显降低,与治疗前比较有明显差异,治疗有效率89.7%。结论:活血愈疡散对急性应激性胃黏膜病变有较好的治疗作用,可能通过降低血浆中PAF水平,增加黏膜血流量,改善胃黏膜血液循环障碍而发挥疗效。

Effect of acute irritable pathologic change of gastric mucosa was treated with Huoxne Yuyang Powder and effect of Huoxue Yuyang Powder on activating factor of blood platelet

Objective: To observe the effect of acute irritable pathologic change of gastric mucosa was treated with Huoxue Yuyang Powder and effect of Huoxue Yuyang Powder on activating factor of blood platelet.Methods: 102 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group was treated with Huoxue Yuyang Powder po.Control group was treated with Cimetidine intravenous drip.The PAF and the effect were detected before and after the treatment.Results: The value of PAF lower expressly after the treatment,has significant deviation with that before the treatment.The effect rate of treatment group is 89.7%.Conclusions: Huoxue Yuyang Powder has good effect on acute irritable pathologic change of gastric mucosa.The treatment mechanism maybe it can decrease the plasma PAF,increase the volume of blood flow,improve the disturbance of blood circulation of gastric mucosa.
