川芎嗪与纳络酮合用治疗急性脑梗死

目的 :观察川芎嗪与纳络酮合用治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 :将 78例急性脑梗死患者随机分成两组。治疗组 40例 ,输液中加川芎嗪 80 mg、纳络酮 3.6 m g,每日 1次 ,连用 10～ 14天。对照组 38例输液中加复方丹参 2 0 m L ,每日 1次 ,连用 10～ 14天。于用药后 4周观察临床疗效。结果 :治疗组与对照组比较神经功能缺损程度评分减少 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,Barthel指数提高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组总有效率为 90 % ,对照组为 71% ( χ2 =4.5 0 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :川芎嗪和纳络酮合用治疗急性脑梗死 ,可以提高疗效。

Ligustrazine combine with naloxone in treating acute cerebral infarction

Objective: It is to observe the effect of ligustrazine combine with naloxone on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Seventy-eight acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups. Forty cases were in treatment group and thirty-eight cases were in control group. The treatment group was treated with ligustrazine 80mg and naloxone 3.6mg. The control group was treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza 20mL. These medicaments were intravenous injection, once a day, for from ten to fourteen days. The results were analyzed at the fourth week after the treatment. Results: The neurological defects in the treatment group were lower that in the control group ( P <0.05). The Barthel index in the treatment group increased compared to the control group ( P <0.05). The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment, while which was 71% in the control group (χ 2=4.50, P <0.05). Conclusion: Ligustrazine combine with naloxone can raise the effect in treating acute cerebral infarction.
