除痫丸配合小剂量苯妥英钠治疗顽固性癫痫大发作临床观察

目的 观察除痫丸配合小剂量苯妥英钠治疗顽固性癫痫大发作的临床疗效.方法 将101例顽固性癫痫大发作患者随机分为3组.治疗组42例予除痫九加小剂量苯妥英钠,西药对照组26例单纯予苯妥英钠,中药对照组33例单纯予除痫丸.3组均在停药后观察满5年统计疗效.观察3组的临床疗效、脑电图的改善情况及毒副作用.结果 治疗组总有效率85.7％,西药对照组总有效率53.9％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);治疗组总有效率85.7％,中药对照组总有效率为87.9％,2组比较差异无统计学意义(＞0.05);治疗组与西药对照组、中药对照组脑电图改善率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗组改善情况优于西药对照组和中药对照组.结论 除痫丸配合小剂量苯妥英钠治疗顽固性癫痫大发作疗效确切且在减少毒副作用和脑电图改善方面具有明显优势,值得临床推广应用.

Refractoriness epilepsia gravior treated by combination of Chuxian Pill and small dose difetoin

Objective To observe refractoriness epilepsia gravior treated by combination of Chuxian Pill and small dose difetoin.Methods 101 patients with refractoriness epilepsia gravior were randomly divided into three groups.Cases in TCM control group(n=33) were treated only by Chuxian Pill.Cases in Western Medicine control group(n=26) were treated only by difetoin.Cases in treatment group(n=42) were treated by combination of Chuxian Pill and small dose.Clinical effect,electroencephalogram and side effect of patients after treatment in five years were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in Western Medicine control group(P<0.01).The clinical effect in treatment group was superior to that in Western Medicine control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between treatment group and TCM control group on total effective rate(P>0.05).Improvement of EEG in treatment group was superior to that in Western Medicine control group and TCM control group.Conclusion Combination of Chuxian Pill and small dose difetoin has definite effect on the treatment of,and can improve EEG.
