芳香化湿类中药对大鼠离体胃平滑肌运动的影响

摘    要:目的:观察藿香、佩兰、苍术、砂仁、厚朴和草蔻对不同部位离体胃平滑肌条运动的影响。方法:用生理记录仪同时记录安置在各恒温灌流肌槽中的胃各部位平滑肌条的收缩活动。结果:1藿香、佩兰和苍术可增加大鼠胃底纵、环行肌条的张力;2藿香和佩兰可增加胃体纵行肌条的张力,砂仁减小胃体纵、环行肌收缩波平均振幅;3砂仁减小胃窦纵、环行肌条收缩波平均振幅;4藿香增加幽门环行肌条的运动指数,而砂仁则减小该部位的运动指数。结论:芳香化湿类中药对胃各部位肌条的收缩活动即有兴奋作用又有抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective and Methods:to test the effect of fangxianghuashi on contractile of isolated rat gastric muscle strips.motility of strips taken from different regions of rat stomach were simultaneously recorded in 7 tissue chambers Results:(1)Huoxiang,Peilan and Cangzhu increased the resting tension of the longitudinal and circular muscle of fundus.(2)Huoxiang and Peilan increased the resting tension of the longitudinal and circular muscle of body,and Sharen decreased the mean contractile amplitude of the longitudinal and circular strips of body.(3)Sharen decreased mean contractile amplitude of the longitudinal and circular strips of antrum.(4)Huoxiang increased motility index of pylous,but Sharen decreased it .Conclusion:The results indicated that traditional Chinese medicine of Fangxianghuashi had both inhibitory and excitatry action on contractile activity of isolated rat gastric strips in vitro.
