2006-2009年荆门市碘盐监测结果分析

目的了解荆门市2006-2009年碘盐批发企业和居民用户碘盐监测结果,分析存在的问题。方法根据《湖北省碘盐监测实施细则》中规定的抽样方法进行随机抽查和结果判定,盐碘测定采用GB/T 13025-1999中的直接滴定法。结果 4年来,3县、市批发企业批质量合格率为98.88%(88/89),盐碘中位数为29.2~32.6 mg/kg,变异系数为10.77%~18.20%;监测5个县(市、区),104个乡镇(街办),414个村的居民户食用盐3 780份,碘盐合格率为97.26%;非碘盐率为0.21%;居民户盐碘中位数为30.6~32.6 mg/kg;以县(市、区)为单位,碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率每年均在93%以上,碘盐覆盖率均在99%以上。结论荆门市批发企业和居民户碘盐均合格、全市已经到达消除碘缺乏病碘盐的相应指标要求。

Analysis on Monitoring Results of Iodized Salt in Jingmen City in 2006 to 2009

Objective To understand the situation and the existing problems in iodized salt wholesale enterprises and edible iodized salt in 2006 to 2009.Methods According to the method of Hubei province iodized salt monitoring,direct titrimetric method in the Chinese National Standards GB/T13025-1999 was adopted to conducted the quantitative detection of Iodine concentration in salt.Results The batch qualified rate of iodized salt wholesale enterprises was 98.88%(88/89).The median of salt iodine was29.2-32.6 mg/kg.The variance coefficient was 10.77%-18.20%.A total of 3780 samples of iodized salt of households were monitored.The qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.26%.The non-iodized salt rate was 0.21%.The median of salt iodine was 30.6-32.6 mg/kg.In every county and urban district,both the qualified rate of iodized salt and the eating rate of qualified iodized salt reached more than 93% every year,and the coverage rate of iodized salt reached more than 99%.Conclusion In Jingmen City,both the iodized salt wholesale enterprises and edible iodized salt of households was qualified.Jingmen City has fulfilled the criteria of elimination on iodine deficiency disorders.
