闪式硅胶柱层析法分离银杏黄酮和萜类内酯的工艺研究

目的研究银杏叶提取物中总黄酮醇苷和萜类内酯的分离纯化方法。方法采用闪式硅胶柱层析分离法,用不同极性的有机溶剂洗脱并跟踪检测,筛选出能有效分离银杏叶提取物中的银杏黄酮和萜类内酯的洗脱剂及用量。结果此方法可以很好地将银杏黄酮和萜类内酯分离,并且分离过程含量损失极小。结论此方法为银杏黄酮和萜类内酯的进一步单独纯化提供了一种新途径。

Isolation of total flavonol glycosides and terpene lactones from Ginkgo Biloba Leaves extracts by Flash Silica Gel Column Chromatography

OBJECTIVE To study separation and purification methods of total flavonol glycosides and terpene lactones which from Ginkgo Biloba P.E.METHODS In methods of flash silica gel column chromatography separation,different polar organic solvents with different polar from weak to strong is used to elution and track testing,then screening out the amount of solvents and eluent with which we can separate Ginkgo flavonoids and terpene lactones which from Ginkgo Biloba P.E efficiently.RESULTS This method can be used to separate Ginkgo flavonoids and terpene lactones efficiently,and the content loss is minimum in the separation process.CONCLUSION This method was a new way to further purify Ginkgo flavonoids and terpene lactones separately.
